Thanks for bringing the links to those running sites. I made a post (not edited yet, because I had to leave computer in a hurry) on http://hjornevik.blogspot.com/2007/02/run-forest-run.html.

Also, thanks for making a good book about a (to some) kind of obvious thema, at least for those with a sence of estetics, easy and simple life with high content.
