A month ago while in line to get on the plane at London Heathrow airport, I spied this old-style telephone with absolutely no buttons or display screen. There’s no confusion and nothing really to learn. True simplicity? In one sense so, but also limited utility.

  1. you pick up and tell the name, and it does voice recognition and voice authentication and put you through.
